Delete Your BJJ Vision AI Account
Account deletion and cloud data removal
Users can permanently delete their BJJ Vision AI account and associated cloud data from within the app:
Settings → Analysis → Delete Account & Cloud Data
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting Randova Limited at [email protected].
When your account is deleted, associated cloud analysis data and uploaded analysis frames are deleted, except for limited information that may need to be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup procedures, or other legitimate legal obligations as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting an individual saved roll removes only the local record and thumbnail stored on your device. It does not currently remove the corresponding cloud analysis record. To remove cloud analysis data, delete your account as described above.
